Refund policy

In the case of returns, the refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back in our Facility and have completed all the quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used by the customer at the time of placing the order.

In the case of replacements/exchange, no refund will be issued; instead, the new product(s) will be shipped to the customer only after the original product(s) has/have been returned.

The entire amount paid by you for the product/service through any of the payment modes, can be refunded in two ways:

Original source transfer - The amount will be refunded to the source from where the payment was made by customer at the time of placing the order. Ex: If payment was made via Debit Card then the amount will be refunded to the very Debit card linked bank account used by the customer at the time of making initial purchase.

Milkyminds Cash refund - The amount will be credited to your Milkyminds Cash Refund Account. For ex: For an order of Rs. 400/-, if customer has paid Rs. 200/- through Credit Card and Rs. 200/- through Milkyminds Cash Refund then Rs. 400 shall be credited to Milkyminds cash refund.Please note that the shipping charges, Platform and Convenience Fee and COD charges are non-refundable.

Note: Providing accurate Bank details shall be responsibility of the customer on their Milkyminds user account.

Once the refund amount is in your Milkyminds Cash Refund Account, you can use the credit to order a replacement or buy a new product or even have it credited back to you.

1. In order to get the cash refund back to your bank account,please follow below steps:


Go to Cash Refund page under Cash in My Account

Click on "Refund Amount Back To Me" button.

Please follow the screens and submit the request.

2. If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter are correct. Milkyminds will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.

3. Club Cash used during payment will be credited back to your Club Cash account.

4. Club Cash amount earned on the product will be deducted from your Club Cash account.

5. Shipping charges, Platform and Convenience Fee and COD charges will not be refunded back if the pick-up has been arranged by us. In case of self return, we will reimburse the return shipping charges upto 10% of the product price or Rs.100, whichever is lower. For doing so, please upload the scanned copy of the receipt on Manage Returns section.

6. If the payment was done using Gift Certificate then the amount will be refunded to the Milkyminds Cash Refund Account. If you need it to be credited back to your bank account then please follow the steps mentioned above in point(1).

7. If you cancel or return an EMI order purchased using credit cards / debit cards, Milkyminds will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method and cancel the EMI . Any down payment will be refunded within 4-5 business days. You will then need to contact your bank to confirm the cancellation.

For credit cards: Your card issuing bank may charge nominal pre-closure charges in case you've already paid an EMI. For more details on EMI closure, please contact the card issuing bank.

8. In cases where the pick up is refused or product is not returned and the money has been refunded to you already, Milkyminds holds the right to deduct the concerned amount from Milkyminds Cash Refund and Club Cash account depending on the mode of the payment of the product.

9. For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like Paytm, MobiKwik etc., the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

10. Depending on the customer's return history, Milkyminds holds the right to charge a nominal fee of INR 25/- per return request or such amount as may be decided by Milkyminds from time to time, in case the return rate of the customer has been significantly high
